Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Venue Bookings

We understand that plans change. Our policy is designed to be fair to both players and venue partners.

• Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable, as venues may not be able to re-book the slot.
• Venue-Specific Rules: Some venues may have their own specific policies which override this standard policy. Please check the venue details before booking.

2. Tournaments

• Registration Fees: Tournament entry fees are fully refundable if you withdraw before the registration deadline.
• Late Withdrawal: Withdrawals after the schedule has been generated or within 48 hours of the tournament start are non-refundable.
• Event Cancellation: If a tournament is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund.

3. Coaching Sessions

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or reschedule credit.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
